These Terms govern your use of this website, the contact form, and SMS communications with Finnegan Smith ("I", "me", "my") at (509) 233-7581.

Description of service

I provide AI automation consulting services to small service businesses, including (but not limited to) Speed-to-Lead automation, document processing, and follow-up sequence automation. Initial inquiries are free. Project work is quoted individually after a discovery call.

SMS messaging program

The SMS program operating on (509) 233-7581 is a conversational messaging service for inbound business inquiries.

Program name: Speed to Lead by Finn Smith.
Description: Conversational SMS for prospects responding to my outreach or initiating contact.
Message frequency: Variable. Typical frequency: under 10 messages per inquiry.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for sending and receiving messages. I do not charge for messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. You will be removed from the program and will not receive further messages.
Help: Reply HELP at any time for support, or email finncsmith7@gmail.com.
Supported carriers: All major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and located in the United States.

Your responsibilities

When using this service you agree to:

Provide accurate information in the contact form and in conversations.
Not misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation.
Not use this service to send unsolicited marketing or spam.
Not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website or service.

My responsibilities

I will:

Respond to inquiries in good faith within reasonable time (typically within an hour during business hours).
Provide accurate information about my services and pricing.
Honor all opt-out requests immediately.
Not share your information except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing

Initial discovery call: free.
First automation build for new clients: free, with a "pay only if it saves you time" arrangement defined in the project agreement.
Ongoing retainers and project work: quoted individually after the discovery call.

Limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or service.

Changes to these Terms

If I update these Terms, I will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
